Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Glamax Couture will accept returns/exchanges for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 24 hours of you receiving your order. That is, the merchandise will need to be shipped back to us within the 24 hour period and you will be required to send us a tracking number to insure that the merchandise was shipped back on time. All returns/exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, and non-defective full-priced merchandise. Original receipt and tags must be attached. Items marked sale merchandise and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the item with original receipt first. After we inspect the item, we will approve and issue store credit and you may then make a new purchase.

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for one year after the issue date and can be used simply by entering the offer code while checking out during your next purchase. Please note that the credit will be for the full amount paid for the dress plus tax, shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded. If you would like to make a new purchase, shipping and handling charges will be added to your purchase. If the credit amount is greater than the price of the new purchase, the remaining balance may be used to cover the shipping and handling charges.
